About our Wellness Retreat
- Duration: 3 Nights / 4 Days
- Location: Sensoria – Land of Senses, Costa Rica and accommodation at La Anita Rainforest Lodge.
- Focus: Mindfulness, Yoga, Conscious Eating, Nature Connection to reconnect yourself.
Day 1: Arrival & Grounding in Nature
Theme: Soul connection
- 4:00 PM – Arrival & Welcome Ritual at La Anita Rainforest Lodge Warm welcome with herbal tea, cold towel infused with essential oils, and a brief introduction to the retreat.
- 6:00 PM – Conscious Dinner
A locally sourced, plant-based meal served mindfully. Introduction to conscious eating at La Anita Rainforest Lodge. - 8:00 PM – Evening Sound Bath & Intention Setting
A restorative sound healing session using crystal bowls and native instruments. Set your personal intention for the retreat.
Day 2: Awakening the Body & Mind
Theme: Presence, Movement & Sensory Exploration
- 7:30am – Breakfast Nourishing Breakfast
Fresh tropical fruits, local granola, smoothies, and herbal infusions.
- 9am: Mindfulness Session at Magnolia Garden, Sensoria Land of Senses
Mindfulness Session: Nature as Teacher Guided mindfulness in nature: learn to meditate with your senses open to the forest.
- 10am: Guided Rainforest Walk & Waterfall Connection
A gentle hike to nearby waterfalls to tune in to the rainforest's rhythm. Silent walking meditation along the trail. Guided mindfulness in nature: learn to meditate with your senses open to the forest.
- 1 PM – Conscious Lunch & Journaling Time
Enjoy a balanced, colorful meal. Reflect in your journal with prompts provided.
- 2:00 PM – Free Time / Optional Spa Treatments
Relax in thermal pools, book a massage, or rest in the middle of nature. Be present. - 4 PM – Forest Yin Yoga & Breathwork
Slow, deep stretching with pranayama to release tension and go inward at Magnolia Gardens.
- 6:30 PM – Conscious Dinner by Candlelight At La Anita Rainforest Lodge
Silent meal time (first 15 minutes) to deepen awareness of food and gratitude.
- 8:00 PM – Campfire Circle & Stargazing
Share stories, connect, or simply gaze at the stars above. Firepit.
Day 3: Deepening Connection & Renewal
Theme: Inner Alignment & Emotional Release
- 6:30 AM – Gentle Yoga & Gratitude Flow
A heart-opening practice focused on alignment and self-love. - 8:00 AM – Breakfast
- 9:30 AM – Workshop: Mindful Living Practices
Tools to carry mindfulness into everyday life: rituals, routines, and reflections.Waterfall Ritual & Silent Forest Time
A guided solo time in the rainforest with a cleansing ritual at a hidden waterfall. - 12:30 PM – Conscious Lunch.
- 2:00 PM – CACAO Ceremony with Maleku indigenous Experience
- 6:30 PM – Celebration Dinner at La Anita Rainforest Lodge.
A joyful shared meal with music, storytelling, and connection.
Day 4: Integration & Departure
Theme: Integration & Farewell
- 7:00 AM – Sunrise Meditation & Closing Circle
Gratitude sharing and take-home intentions. Deep relaxation and integration of your retreat experience. - 8:30 AM – Light Breakfast & Goodbyes
