Presence & Breath: Pranayama and a 5-senses grounding practice to clear the mind and anchor into the present moment.
Contemplative Nature Walk & Contrast Therapy: A slow, mindful walk awakens touch, hearing, smell, sight, and taste.
The walk concludes with hot–cold contrast therapy to stimulate circulation, boost immunity, calm the nervous system, and clear energetic blockages.
River Massage: A flowing therapeutic massage performed on a table immersed in the mineral thermal water, a deeply relaxing bath in our powerful healing waters that offers remarkable ancestral benefits.
Inspired by Abhyanga, it encourages detoxification, includes reflexology on cleansing points, and ends with a lymphatic facial massage.
Final gratitude meditation, an energetic cleanse with local plants, and a relaxing herbal tea complete the experience.
