Sensoria Land of Senses and Magical Rainforest is a family owned operation. Created, conceptualized and managed by Costa Ricans, this sustainable tourism model is one of its kind along Guanacaste, Costa Rica and the region. Sensoria is a reflection of the values and culture of Costa Rica, towards the importance of Nature and its conservation.

Sensoria’s main house used to be a biological station. Practically left to be forgotten and torn up by the intense humidity and weather conditions, the house was then restored and became the welcoming structure that gathers hundreds of visitors from all over the world throughout the year. These visitors, as they write on our guest book, live an experience of a lifetime along Sensoria’s beautiful rainforest trails, natural pools and blue waterfalls.

As a locally owned and managed operation, Sensoria focuses on giving back to the community. Sensoria has created great opportunities and economical activities for the locals of Buenos Aires, Dos Rios, and other small settlements in the area.
